APK Six Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APK Six platform available at apksix.win ("Platform"). APK Six is operated as an online gaming and entertainment service.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and APK Six. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to stop using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and APK Six.

To register and use APK Six, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. APK Six does not allow any person under 18 to register or play — no exceptions.
• You must be a real individual person, registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations and accounts on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You may only hold one account on APK Six. If you already have an existing account, you must not create a new one — even if the original account was suspended or closed.
• Your account must not be used by anyone other than yourself. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited.

APK Six reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Once your account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your login. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. APK Six cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access if you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your APK Six account and do not reuse passwords from other websites.
• Never share your username, password or one-time verification codes with anyone, including people claiming to be APK Six staff.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify APK Six immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered contact details — email address and phone number — up to date at all times.

APK Six staff will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any message requesting your password claiming to be from APK Six should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us at [email protected].

All deposits on APK Six are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point in the process. The payment methods currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Platform.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are strictly not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process.
• APK Six does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which APK Six has no control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate.

APK Six reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or if the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is to protect against money laundering and to ensure funds return to the verified account holder.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. If you have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you will be asked to do so before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process on the Platform.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals take one to two business days.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Only real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• APK Six may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method owned by the account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.

APK Six offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers across Casino, Slots, Live Casino and Fish Games. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion details.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: APK Six monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or using systematic strategies that exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
• PSL and cricket promotions: During Pakistan Super League season and major T20 international events, APK Six may run time-limited promotional offers. These will be published on the Promotions page with their own specific terms.

APK Six reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be offered for promotions that have been amended or discontinued.

APK Six offers Casino, Slots, Live Casino and Fish Games — all accessible from a single account and a single PKR wallet. All games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real human dealers operating under monitored studio conditions.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG software or live dealer actions. APK Six has no ability to influence or alter individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, game crash or display error — the round outcome will be determined based on the server-side record of the game state at the time of the fault. The server record is the authoritative source.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the server are binding. APK Six does not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the Platform's side.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the bet amount you place is the amount you intend to wager. APK Six does not refund bets placed due to user error.
• All game sessions, bet amounts and outcomes are logged. These records may be used in the event of a dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on APK Six and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using someone else's payment method, identity documents or personal information to open or operate an account.
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings resulting from a known or reported bug may be voided.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform for any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or APK Six support staff through any communication channel.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process.

APK Six cooperates with relevant authorities when legally required to do so and maintains records of all platform activity. Any suspected illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

APK Six is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players in Pakistan. Online gaming is a form of paid entertainment and should always be approached with a clear budget and realistic expectations. It is not a way to make money or solve financial problems.

• Set a personal deposit and loss limit before each gaming session, and do not exceed it.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your budget, stop for the day — wins and losses are a normal part of any game of chance.
• APK Six provides account-level tools including deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. You can request these tools through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion is permanent for the duration you request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and act on them promptly.

APK Six may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Persistent bonus abuse or use of prohibited software tools.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by you or on your behalf.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, APK Six reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, the verified real-money balance will be returned.

APK Six provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the Platform running smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network issues and unforeseen technical problems may occasionally affect availability.

• APK Six is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, game interruptions or technical faults caused by factors outside our direct control.
• APK Six is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses due to using an ineligible account, placing bets you did not intend, or failing to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APK Six's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

APK Six may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of APK Six after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
